If Dolan had any sense, he'd realize Shapiro's master plan has been a failure. Relying on Wedge's braintrust and a suspect bullpen was the undoing. Borowski is a total joke. Add Wedget to the list. Would be great to get Rivera for a few seasons if he leaves. Would be great to get Torre too.
Wish list for Tribe:
(1) Get a real mananger
(2) Get a real closer
(3) Get another middle reliever. Wonder how good we'd be if we re-signed Bob Howry???
(4) Get rid of Travis Hafner....or bat him 9th. He's pitiful and only a fool can see he's peaked and will only get worse. We need someone in the third spot. An FA will suffice.
(5) We also need someone in the #2 spot. Cabrera experiment is over with horrible results.
(6) Get a real GM. Several good ones available. Time is of the essence!!!
